With the addition of Layout Builder in Drupal core, a powerful tool found its way into the hands of our clients. So powerful, in fact, that the power can be overwhelming. Not to mention, it can be a power used for both good and “evil”, especially when seen through the eyes of a designer.
In this session we will go through how we use layout builder to make the editor experience a pleasant one, even though the power and flexibility can be overwhelming. And we will look at how limiting options, educating good practices, and enforcing discipline can make the end result one that the content editors, developers and the designers can all be pleased with.
